We process your order within 24-48 hours under regular preparation conditions.

Orders have a delivery time of between 5 and 20 working days, under regular shipping conditions.
In exceptional cases an order may take longer than usual, in which case it may take up to 30 working days to be delivered.

The customer is responsible for providing the correct order details (name, email and delivery address). If you receive your order confirmation with incomplete and/or incorrect information you should contact us immediately at contact@johnkarlo.uk indicating your #Confirmed order number and the correct delivery details. If your order has been prepared and no reply is received and because of this, the package cannot be delivered and is
returned by the logistics office, the customer will bear the new shipping costs and will not have the right to cancel the product.

The customer service area will attend to your queries with an estimated response time of 24 to 72 hours (in regular situations). Cases referred to other areas or those dependent on information from the carrier will have an estimated response time of 5 to 7 working days.

The policies of the courier company are not related to our company, once your package is received by the courier company, you must comply with the requirements demanded by the same. John Karlo cannot be held responsible in the event of omission or failure on the part of the delivery company. Any delivery terms already made by the company must be discussed directly with the responsible company.

- Shipping with PRIORITY INSURED, this rate includes the Tracking Code and delivery is guaranteed*. It costs up to 4,99.

* At John Karlo we are responsible for ensuring that your order arrives at the address provided and is insured throughout the entire process from the time it is shipped until it is delivered. This guarantee does not cover the return of your package to the sender if the sender has been unable to locate the address, the address is incorrect and/or the recipient is unknown at the address provided.

Any unforeseen event that affects the delivery of the parcel and that has been caused by error or by the customer's commission will be completely exempt from being covered by this delivery guarantee.
